Wellbeing Support
Tina is a fully-qualified Integrated Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a well-regarded body with whom she has won a national leadership award in health coaching.
Having been a nurse within the NHS for 18 years, Tina's own search for optimal health and wellness has led her to create a diet, lifestyle and exercise programme to help others attain their own wellness goals.
Tina offers a 'menu of support' with a range of key elements which largely build on each other.
1. Health history audit
To spot patterns and suggest changes
2. Testing and diagnosis
Samples of urine, stool, blood and saliva can be sent away and the results used to recommend dietary changes
3. Health strategy
Tina knows slow steps of two to three incremental changes suit most people and allows you to be sure which changes are working on your unique health issues.
4. Monthly health coaching and annual check-up
This is usually carried out one-to-one, but Tina is also available to support groups of people, e.g. friends or family members who wish to support each other.
5. Diet
The smallest changes can often make the biggest impact. Clients complete a current food diary and look back to childhood eating patterns.
6. Lifestyle
Tina has published books on self-care, what she calls 'cherishing strategies' to improve our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
7. Sleep and exercise
The body-brain connection is key to these areas and Tina will help you find out what you really like and are most likely to implement and stick to.
"Tina walks her talk and has the remarkable ability to walk beside a person to inspire, encourage and motivate them in a non-judgmental way. Her range of bespoke strategies and tools help her clients to walk a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life.
A life that is both transformed and transformative in so many ways. Thank you, Tina."
